Being a "Botanical" chocolate company, this collection really is the quintessence of what we do: chocolate bars inspired by the local, native and harmoniously produced/wild harvested plants and fungi that are abundant in North + South America. We work directly with farmers (locally and in Latin America) that have the same focus on ecology that we do. Farms we source from must have a focus on building soil fertility and crop diversity. Yearly, we visit these farms to not only maintain these important connections but to directly purchase their products at rates multiple times higher than market value. We grind, infuse, extract these potent botanical elements to make chocolate with uniquely balanced, but unprecedented flavor.
