SINGLE ORIGIN SERIES

What does "Single Origin" mean, anyway? Single origin refers to how we source all of our ingredients, but most importantly: our cacao. We source each ingredient from a particular geographical area: specific farms and farmer-owned cooperatives. This ensures a consistently unique flavor and quality as well as transparency in the specific work it takes to produce a single crop. People and the land they live on are at the forefront of our mission, which is why we only source from regenerative (beyond organic) farming operations + organizations that support community. Currently we have six sources of cacao that we rotate through various bars. The names of the origins are found on the front of each single origin bar found below and is a guarantee that all of the beans we use are traceable.
